We accept complaints concerning shortages, deficiencies or other visible faults and shortcomings, provided that the complaint is submitted within eight (8) days from the receipt of the consignment.
Pursuant to an advance agreement, unused and undamaged price-list goods in undamaged original packaging may be returned for a charge. Please remember to specify our return number and invoice number on the return consignment.
